Who pays what, from the schedule approved by the Noble Board of Education on December 9, 2019. Use of district property is governed by Board policy GK-R1.

Rental classifications

Your group's classification sets the hourly rate on the schedule below.

LEVEL ISchool & district sponsoredAny school activity, PTO, booster club, NPS Foundation; camps, lessons and tutoring sponsored and supervised by district employees.

LEVEL IIYouth or educational groupOther youth or educational activities — Noble Little League, Scouts, youth leagues.

LEVEL IIICivic, service or non-profitCommunity organizations, churches and other non-school, non-profit groups.

Schedule of fees

Rental time runs from setup through teardown. Level I is school or district sponsored use and is free of charge.

The Den auditorium and gym have a four-hour minimum; all other rentals a two-hour minimum.
A $100 lighting fee is added for any use of the field lights.
Cleaning, technology, sound, lighting and security services are additional hourly charges. When custodians are not normally on duty, the group reimburses the district for staff time at time and a half.
Any facility or space not listed is unavailable for rental. On the request form that currently means: High School Gym (Old Gym), CIMS Gym, KID Gym, Den Hospitality, Football / Soccer Concession, CIMS Concession, Den Concession — available for school-sponsored (Level I) use only.
Because of the permanent wood floor, the Den gym may not be used for events other than approved school programs without approval of the Board of Education, the Superintendent or designee, with input from the district athletics director. The floor is never removed; a covering is placed over it for special programs. The same approval applies to the Den auditorium.
Long-term rental agreements may be granted for Level II–IV organizations.
The Board of Education and the Superintendent (or designee) may waive some or all charges in special circumstances.
Rental charges are paid at the district business office; checks payable to Noble Public Schools. Outside groups provide proof of liability insurance before use.
