When You Know Your Current Password
If you know your current password and want to change it, use the Self-Service Portal:
- Go to https://pwreset.nobleps.com/ (Noble Self-Service Password Reset)

Enter your Noble Schools email address
(e.g., jsmith@nobleps.com or JohnJSmith@nobleps.com) - Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Wait 2 minutes, then try logging in again
Password Requirements:
- At least 8 characters

Includes:
- Uppercase letter
- Lowercase letter
- Number
- Symbol
Password Works on Your Classroom Computer But Not Others
This usually means your password was recently changed and has not fully synced yet.
Try the following:
- On the device that is not working, press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and select Lock
- On the lock screen, click Sign-in options
- Re-enter your password and try signing in again

- Sign out completely, then sign back in

- Restart the computer and try again
